Will you answer the call of adventure? Hero myths have recognizable narratives that relate to our own lives, whether it is about overcoming obstacles, discovering our talents or helping our community. This book tells an original myth through a series of haiku that accompany nude black and white photography. The story follows an ordinary man trying to save his homeland from a malevolent threat. Since all men can be on a heroic journey in their own lives, multiple male models are used to represent this universal aspect. Male Nude: Hero Myth of the Masculine Journey asserts that men define themselves through their life choices.
