At forty-four years old after two failed marriages, four children, and being unsuccessful at dating, I took seven years to work on myself. My therapy is working out in the gym and participating in bodybuilding competitions. During my preparation for a bodybuilding show, I pushed myself to the extreme and I find that same drive spills over into other areas of my life. In each show, I experienced a major breakthrough that brought much healing to my life. During this seven-year journey, I found myself and discovered the importance of self-love. In my book I share my personal journey and how I went from living a life of brokenness and self-doubt to living a fulfilled life full of peace, happiness, and self-confidence. It hope to inspire and share with you how you too can develop self-love and the self-confidence you desire to have in your life.
