I believe that the worse condemnation and persecution doesn't come from the world as much as it comes from the "church" (Body of Christ). In Psalms 55:12-14, we find a great example of being wounded in the church. In this Psalm, we learn how David's heart was broken because of the cruel betrayal by his best friend Ahithopel. As I stated earlier concerning the spirits of control and jealousy, there are two soul-robbing spirits that I describe as the "J.J." twin evils (jealousy and Jezebel) which, many times causes preacher-women to betray those who work closely with them in ministry, or even their best "Susta girl-friend". The J.J. twin evils, stalk to deceive innocent and hurting Christians who have been rejected or oppressed, by those they loved and trusted. It is unfortunate that our enemy is usually the ones closet to us, or we sleep with them, right in our very own homes! Betrayal creates a wound in your spirit that is too deep for words, especially when it is coming from somebody you love and trust.
