Before immigrating from Cuba, Lola Velasquez made a vow to be a valiant knight. But when her father, Emilio, is murdered, she will seek justice and blood. After fighting in the Civil War, Emilio and his family made a life in Savannah. For twenty years, they lived in harmony until the ghosts of Emilio's past came to haunt him. As a gifted engineer, Emilio took part in building something he regretted. When his attempts to erase his creation failed, a crooked Colonel murdered him before Lola's eyes. Fueled with rage and a thirst for revenge, Lola teams up with a band of Latinas, a cowardly chemist, and a rogue Deputy to hunt down the ones responsible for her father's death. LOLA: THE SPANISH KNIGHT is a historical fiction where True Grit meets Magnificent Seven but make it Latina. This female-driven, gun-slinging, thriller is a different take on the West and will show how far one will go for family, love, and blood.
