Thanks to its strong, 1-piece aluminum frame and graphite palming side plate, this reel can handle tough conditions that arise at sea, and the 10-bearing system includes 9 double-shielded, stainless-steel bearings and a Zero Reverse® 1-way clutch bearing to help keep fish from getting away. The anodized-aluminum spool features a tension adjustment knob. SoftTouch contoured paddle handle knobs. Audible-click drag star.
- 1-piece aluminum frame and a graphite palming side plate are strong and durable
- 9 double-shielded, stainless-steel bearings and a Zero Reverse®, 1-way clutch bearing to offer smooth movement
- Solid brass Speed Gears™ are cut on Hamai CNC machines to offer 5.6:1 (SS1SA), 6.8:1 (SS1HA) and 7.5:1 (SS1SHA, SS1SHLA) gear ratios
- Pinion gear is supported by a P2 Super Pinion bearing for stability
- Rulon drag system offers 15 pounds of drag power and features an oversize, bowed drag star that makes audible clicks
