KINTYRE GIRLS is the story of two best friends coming of age in the turbulent 1970s. The troubles of the outside world mirror some of the troubles faced in their own homes. Yet, despite war, serial killers, threatened earthquakes, and a bevy of perceived and real terrors, the girls revel in their childhoods; seemingly protected by their very special piece of the world, Kintyre Way.
