You must carefully manage your resources as you colonize, expoloit, and terraform the planets of the Milky Way, developing critical technologies as you go. Each round, you must choose which action to perform and which bonuses to activate to further your goals. Kepler-3042 combines the classic mechanisms of resource management with an innovative concept: you have a limited quantity of resources - energy, matter, and antimatter - and to take additional actions and speed up your strategy, you must burn some of them forever.
