After giving birth to the Savior Jesus, Mary must sleep to regain her strength, leaving Joseph as Jesus’ sole caregiver while she rests. Joseph faces his first challenge of fatherhood to the Lord: how to change Him. He feels unworthy to not only change Jesus but to be his father, but with the aid of the angel Michael, Joseph learns God’s plans for Jesus' earthly father are for him and him alone, a man of kindness, mercy, and hard work. Joseph Changes Jesus is the first in a series of Joseph on his journey through fatherhood to the Lord. Delightful and full of valuable lessons, his sweet story is one for children of all ages to begin their journey into faith.
