The goal of this book is to empower young children to understand and accept their inherent value so that they can build a stronger sense of self. I believe it is possible for one individual to help instill in another person the belief that they are worthy of love. Loving and accepting yourself means understanding how to love yourself for who you are-and in doing so, benefitting the world around you.
Affirmations are a powerful tool to shift and reshape one's mindset. This book provides simple yet impactful practices to support a strong self-esteem during childhood development by teaching children how to connect with others using compassion, empathy, and kindness.
Learning how to love yourself is truly a gift that keeps giving. As I continue to instill this fierce message into myself, my hope is that anyone can heal and affirm this unbreakable, loving belief system.
