Wayne 'Pellet' Pelletier's life has fallen apart. He is alone, depressed and struggling with what his next move in life will be when a chance to work and relocate to a Caribbean island called Anguilla lands itself at his feet. Searching for peace and happiness in his roller coaster of a life, Pellet figures if bliss and happiness can't be found living by the sea on a tiny tropical island, it simply must not exist. In the Caribbean he finds an instant connection to a group of beleaguered souls who are also picking up the pieces of their own shattered lives. Before the islands they were barely living. After landing on the island of "Tranquility wrapped in Blue," they become the support system and best friend each needs. And for better or worse, they become the "Island Dogs" as they learn more about themselves than they ever thought possible.
