Dr. K. Senthilkumar is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science & Public Administration at Alagappa University. Dr. Nithilakannan is presently a Visiting Professor at Salem Government Arts College. He obtained his M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Annamalai University and pursued his Ph.D. from Periyar University, focusing on women's advancement through self-help groups in the Salem district.
