100% made in Australia. Wrought from a solid sheet of 2.5mm thick Australian iron, there are no joins, screws, or rivets. Superior conductivity, fast, even heating, and easy to clean. Suitable for all heat sources, from induction stovetop, to oven, to campfire and wood-fired pizza ovens. Solidteknics AUS-ION pans do not have a synthetic, toxic coating. Variations in the surface are to be expected. AUS-ION pans come naturally seasoned with rice bran oil, for a healthy, natural, easy-release cooking surface that gets better with time and use.
