The present study aims to prepare a program for extra-curricular activities and revealing its effects on the self-efficacy of fourth grade students in primary schools. The study sample consisted of the same study population, which consisted of 249 students representing the total number of fourth grade pupils for two primary schools. The 1st school represents the control group by 123 pupils. The experimental group was represented by the 2nd school by 126 pupils. The researcher followed the experimental approach by measuring the average degree of self-efficacy in both groups before and after the application of their using the self-efficacy questionnaire prepared by her, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average self-efficacy scores in the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group, especially on the dimensions of power efficiency and initiative level. The results of the research were discussed and some recommendations were made.
