Words are powerful. They can give life or they can tear it apart. Tearing people down with words has become a popular thing (cue reality TV or cyber bullying). Years ago, I started putting up social media posts to uplift, encourage and motivate my friends because I was so tired of seeing all the negative things. Helping people focus on the good – see and believe it. And when I coupled that with my faith, that was special. So when God put it on my spirit to write a book, the first thing I thought about was affirmations. I don't say them every day, but I do feed myself positive scripture every day. So I took what I do and coupled it with those affirmations to create this book. When you feed on the positive things, you will attract more positive things to you.
