HONGGE Stainless Steel Stockpot Large Cooking Pots Cookware Sauce Pot with Basket Lid and Handle Heavy Duty Commercial at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN
This 64-quart stainless steel stock pot gives restaurant kitchens and big family gatherings enough room to steam lobsters, fry a turkey, or simmer a large batch of soup, with an inner body measuring 15.7 by 17.7 inches. A strainer basket sits inside for pulling food out or draining hot oil and stock without tipping the whole pot, then lifts out for quick cleanup. The 0.8 mm single-layer bottom heats up quickly on open flames and gas stoves, cutting down on wait time before you can start cooking. Stainless steel resists rust, corrosion, and high heat, so it holds up through long simmers of acidic dishes without breaking down. The riveted handles are built to carry the weight of a full pot without loosening the way welded handles can. At 17.6 pounds empty, it stays manageable to lift and move even when it's this size.
Cooktop Compatibility: Gas
Shape: Cylinder
Care: Wipe Clean With A Damp Cloth. Do Not Immerse In Water.
