This king-size metal canopy bed keeps the four-poster look simple and sturdy, without extra add-ons, for a bedroom that wants classic black hardware. The frame measures 82.5 x 76 x 72 inches and leaves 12.4 inches of clearance underneath, enough to tuck suitcases, bins, or seasonal storage out of view. Reinforced steel slats run the width of the base to keep a mattress supported without sagging, and the frame is rated to hold up to 800 pounds for long-term use. Anti-noise padding at the metal joints keeps the frame quiet once the hardware is fully tightened. Assembly connects through the bottom crossbars with a complete tool kit and instructions, and two people make raising the tall posts much easier. The canopy rails at the top are open and ready for string lights, sheer curtains, or drapery, and since no box spring is required, a mattress can go on as soon as the frame is built.
