Those images reveal how oddities, accentuations, and missing elements were deliberately created by Ben Hogan, with the cooperation of his illustrator. Ravielli's masterful elicitation can be seen by assembling the 59 drawings in the book by their logical connections. Omissions in one illustration are relieved by information from another. Passages which appear confusing, or overly simplified, are elucidated by prior images. Revelations like the center of the golf swing and true purpose of Mr. Hogan's stance instruction become clear.
