Ischemic is due to poor flow of blood within the brain due to blockages in arteries. Hemorrhagic is due to bleeding within the brain due to narrowing of the arteries (Liesz et al., 2017). The brain is the motor and the body is the car. The motor (brain) sends messages to the car (body). When the motor (brain) has a stroke it is unable to tell the car (body) to work, move and function properly. This means that the stroke causes the body to stop moving its arms and legs freely.
