Based on my own experiences with abuse and neglect, I have written Growing Up Without Love as an avenue to help those who are going down the same road that I did. I never had any love or support at home when I was young. Due to this, I went looking for the affection I craved in all the wrong places. My search had led me to enter into several bad relationships, which had only resulted in more neglect and even abuse.
