Even by his standards as Steward of the Apocalypse, Dane Moses Stone is about to have a very bad day . . . in promising fantasy author Linc Hansen's urban fantasy series Steward of the Apocalypse. During the ancient days when dragons still wandered the earth, my family was tasked with preventing the Apocalypse. This stewardship has been passed down through generations until it came to me, Dane Moses Stone. Armed with the magical power entrusted to my bloodline and the lightning in my veins, I am the last line of defense against supernatural forces that would bring today's urban world to its knees--and then some. Think your job has a tough learning curve? Go ahead, live your fantasy. Most Stewards train for decades before assuming the role. My training was cut short three years ago when my father disappeared. If I fail, the weight of every man's, woman's, and child's torment lays squarely on my shoulders. Good thing there's no pressure.
