Year: 3027. Situation: Post-apocalypse. Emilie Littleton grew up in the Republic of Venatia, an empire ruled by Commander Anne Dursch. With Venatia taken over by Dursch's Secret Service Police, Emilie is forced to obey all the rules; plus, another thing is prohibiting her: she's a Cyborg. Cyborgs are part of the military division, standing as an acronym for Cybernetic Youth Battalion Officers for Recon and Grouping. They are seen as tools or weapons to the military and are deemed to only belong in the military: both opinions applied by President Dursch. With these citizens documented as second class people, a Cyborg like Emilie stands no chance of gaining in the social world. Seeing, however, as Emilie is a survivalist, sniper, and a hacker, this shouldn't be too much of a challenge. She could operate with or without her cybernetics and prosthetics; they're often cumbersome. During a mission one day, Emilie runs into a washed out politician who turns out to be part of an underground rebel group that wants to restore Venatia to the glory of its name. But, with never being treated like a human being lead to her downfall? With her humanity at stake, she is forced to resort to drastic measures.
