The author has been ranked among the top two percent of scientists in the world by Stanford University. His academic research has resulted in two utility patents. The author is the co-author of the well-known Hargreaves-Samani equation which is being used worldwide. The author is also a Fulbright scholar. He speaks four languages and has had teaching, research and consulting projects in 18 countries worldwide.His previous publications include "Irrigation Scheduling, bilingual guideline, by Hargreaves and Samani" published in 2000.
