Our unlined blackout fabric is woven using a triple weave method which incorporates a dark thread between the front and back colored threads. This method gives this fabric it's light blocking properties. The darker the fabric the more light this fabric will block. The eight large metal eyelets easily slide onto a curtain rod and are ideal if you want a clean modern look and have a weighted hem to keep these panels in place to hang nicely. These curtain panels will accommodate up to a 1-3/8" diameter curtain rod with no additional hardware, simply run the curtain rod directly through the grommet openings. These curtains assist in blocking light and will provide thermal insulation protection by reducing the transfer of heat and cold for energy savings. These are sold as individual curtain panels with no hardware like rings or hooks, for a pair of curtains, you will need to order a quantity of two.
