The movement of translational actors towards political cooperation, which is aimed to negotiate responses to problems which affect more than one state or region is termed as global governance. The four stages in which global governance is broadly classified are agenda-setting, policymaking, implementation and enforcement, and evaluation, monitoring, and adjudication.
