What if you could control anyone with a simple flick of your mind?
An experiment in mind control leads to an outrageous and hysterically sexy adventure for Howard Duckell, a nerdy high school student forced to attend summer school. Now Howard and his horny best friend, Chuck are living out every wet dream they can imagine from controlling his older sister and being invisible in the girl's locker room to making hot chicks orgasm on command! However, when Emmanuelle, a beautiful undercover spy posing as a substitute teacher, comes to town in order to reclaim these unleashed mental powers, it becomes a race against time to contain this corrupting ability before it spirals out of control! You know what they say about absolute power... Can Howard find true love? Will Chuck get laid? When a zero becomes a hero, it's all "
Pretty Cool
"!
Inside you'll find the evolution of the screenplay that eventually became a minor motion picture entitled "
PRETTY COOL
" aka "
EMMANUELLE PIE
" aka one feature-length episode from the late-night cable series "
EMMANUELLE 2000
". When producer Alain Siritzky wanted to make a new erotic series where Emmanuelle could enter the minds of anyone she wishes to control or possess, he hired independent filmmaker Rolfe Kanefsky to come up with a story to turn this science fiction premise into a reality. By incorporating a magical device of a headband that allows a person to possess anyone wearing a special necklace, seven 90 minute movies were produced in the summer of 2000. Wanting one of the films to be set in high school to capitalize on the success of the recent blockbuster hit, "
American Pie
", a script entitled "
Summer Fever
" was written. Rolfe eventually turned this into the "R" rated motion picture "
" but was forced to also direct an unrated version that could fit into the late night Emmanuelle series. These multiple scripts are now, for the first time, presented inside these pages. Whether you've seen any versions of this film or not, we hope you enjoy this lighthearted, comical and sexual romp that attempted to capture the 80s vibe of teen sex comedies in the tradition of such movies as "
Weird Science
", "
Zapped!
Modern Problems
" and "
Porky's
" at a time when the genre was a little more fun, innocent and playful.
