They have used their combined super knowledge of internet technology to reverse the control of the evil powers that be. The boys in Condo 7 have the most advance technology the world has to offer in their condo and Captain Cain visits them regularly. But the boys have the entire facility under video surveillance so when the Captain approaches, they activate a device and all of their computer equipment vanishes into the floor and is replaced by one large screen television and they all act like they are watching Martha Stewart and they act stereotypical gay. When the Captain leaves, they and the condo revert to the super control center and the studly, strong intelligent men that they truly are.
