The yolks havent been thrown really far; recipes have a swing at them also. Smoothies and desserts are added extras. I am thrilled to say the testers who helped me in my previous book, Salads Galore and More, are with me again this time around. They are all egg eaters and are bored with the same ways to have eggs. This is a pretty awesome group of family and friends. You would never dream eggs could go this far and more.
