This means opportunities exist where good system architecture and diligent analysis can be applied for everyone's benefit. Nowadays, the website of any organization or institution is the main document to showcase their activity, and to output the cultural or scholarly content generated at the organization. Nowadays, the performance of higher education institutions or Organizations are evaluated by doing a webometric analysis of their websites. In other words, it can be said that this type of study reveals the status of institutions compared to other organizations. Therefore, through a webometrics study of the Indian universities and their libraries, the author is going to rank them. Webometrics study shows the web performance of educational institutions or organizations. If the web performance of the educational organizations is below the expected norm in line with their academic excellence, then the organizations' authorities may review their web development policy by adding substantially to the size and quality of their scholarly publications.
