In this audio listening experience, Sara Dylan will lead you gently into a quiet meditation by the sea with gentle waves lapping on the sea shore. It is a sunny day, nice and warm, with an occasional gentle cool breeze. You can choose what you see in your mind's eye; you can look out across the sea or to the water's edge; you can turn your head and look around and along the beach. There are very few people about and you are safe to completely relax.“The calming nature of waves crashing against the sand comes down, possibly, to two things: the waves remind us of our own breath, and they never stop.Meditation practices focus on “watching the breath” and how breathing never leaves us while we live. Similarly, the relentlessness of waves lapping against the shore can be reassuring.” Wallace Nichols, California Academy of Sciences, USRelax and enjoy.
