The serrated blade of a bread knife, that is both long and flexible, is designed to slice through thick, crusty artisan loaves and softer, more delicate breads without crushing the texture of either. The blade is made from Japanese stainless steel 420J2, measured at 53 on the Rockwell hardness scale. Handle construction: Triple-riveted G10 fiberglass, mosaic pin.
