Deputy John-Allen Teaberry is finding it very hard to understand how justice can be obtained when the people who commit unlawful acts are returned to the streets time after time by a dysfunctional jurisprudence system. Then his beloved wife dies as a result of a car accident caused by men involved in the local drug trade. Will they be able to avoid punishment by hiring costly attorneys to influence the courts?
