The cookware is safe for dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended. This cookware is ideal for use with electric & gas but not suitable for induction stoves, ceramic and glass. The bases of these saucepans are designed to conduct heat quickly and evenly. This cookware set is safe to use with high temperature nylon, silicone or wood tools for longer lasting beauty. Do not use metal utensils to avoid damage to interior surface. The cookware is oven safe up to 300°F.
