Sponsored by the US Army Research Office, the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics, and a number of Australian universities, the 25th International Workshop on Condensed Matter Theories was held in December 2001. This text presents 31 papers from the workshop, an interdisciplinary affair that primarily covered recent research in mesoscopic and strongly correlated low dimensional systems including quantum liquids, boson condensates, superconductivity, superfluidity, quantum Hall states, and Monte Carlo simulations.
