Weightlifting is a sport in which technical skill and physical ability can lead to top performances in competition. Over the past 10 years, there have been significant differences in world records across the various weight classes. This has led numerous scientists to take an interest in investigating the relationship between technique and peak performance in this sport. Although the technique for weightlifting has been around for a long time, no one has yet determined this technique using a method such as computer simulation. This paper therefore aims to investigate the technique in weightlifting using a method involving new technology (computer simulation and 3D models).
