William T. Hogg was a gruff yet driven Mississippi entrepreneur who founded over fifteen companies in his lifetime. He contributed his success to following five disciplines of management and the principles of a Captain’s Wheel, a symbol he used for the leadership development program he designed and facilitated beginning in the 1960s. While serving as an executive at one of his companies in 2007, Sara Jane Hope volunteered to assist Hogg with the revision of his former biography.
