HOW TO MAKE A SIMMER POT1. Fill a small saucepan or stockpot halfway with water.2. Add aromatic ingredients. Quantities are flexible – use more for a stronger fragrance or less for a lighter scent. Small ingredients may be contained in a large ball infuser for easy removal after simmering.3. Place the pot on the stove and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat. Do not let it boil.4.
