After almost a two-year absence, a serial killer has reappeared to terrorize some of Chicago's west side neighborhoods. Detective Juan Garcia has been transferred to the West Side to work with seasoned veteran Detective Mike Ricci in an effort to find the sinister killer.
Young men are being murdered in brutal fashion. In an odd twist, the killer leaves a calling card at each scene: the murder weapon! What message is being sent by the killer?
