HOW MUCH TO USE? As a general guideline:
2 Tablespoons of seasoning per 1 pound of ground meat.
1 Tablespoon of seasoning per 1 pound of whole protein.
*such as steak, filet, loin, tenderloin, chicken, and seafood
Use more or less depending on preference.
