This historic set contains a genuine Carver/Washington Commemorative Half Dollar, a 1948 3 cent George Washington Carver Postage Stamp and a 1940 10 cent Booker T. Washington Postage Stamp. The genuine United States commemorative coin was minted from 1951 to 1954 and features the combined busts of Carver and Washington. The stamps in the collection are genuine United States Postage Stamps in mint state. Together the coin and stamps are displayed in a gold book style protective 5 by 6 inch portfolio for easy viewing.
