Belagio Pebbled Vinyl Fabric is a basic product used in home décor applications. It is a favorite fabric for handbag construction and can also be used for pillows, valances, ottomans of all sizes and many other easy to sew projects. The pebbled vinyl has a slight bumpy texture, thus the name. There are fifteen different colors in this collection including four metallic colors. Each package has one piece that is 17" x 36".
