being turned to blazes, decapitation, and drowning. But things like that don't matter to the majority. Death doesn't come to those who take advantage of their wings and stay in the sky. And when mortality isn't an easy option losing your wings can seem worse than death. Aure doesn't have wings, the label of a criminal follows her everywhere she goes, but it isn't her fault. She was born like this, though no one will believe her.
