Our study explores the richness of Tunisian flora, highlighting aromatic and medicinal plants used in traditional medicine, gastronomy and cosmetics. It offers a detailed presentation of local species, their therapeutic properties, as well as their ancestral and modern uses.We highlight the benefits of emblematic plants such as thyme, lavender, eucalyptus, olive, prickly pear, marrubus, arbutus and fenugreek, as well as their cultivation, harvesting and preparation methods.
