I wrote this book to help Christians understand and know the importance of studying the Bible and finding God's truths for themselves. The Bible says to study to show yourself approved of God (2 Tim. 2:15). We need to know the Bible to stay on track in life. Jesus said in Matthew 4:4, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." In this book, I show the importance of natural food, and spiritual food that is required to remain healthy. Your body and spirit both need to be fed. In this book, I show you the importance of feeding both, to grow and stay healthy and balanced in both.
