Anyone who has ever spent anytime at all in Georgia fully knows the savory sweet taste of a tree ripened Georgia peach or otherwise they are missing out on a part of life. There is nothing more satisfying nor sweeter on a hot summer day. During our youth we grew up in Savannah with traditions unique even in the South. We were lucky enough to have found each other to share our lives and life's challenges. We confided with one another and would always be there for one another when horrific events attempted to halt us in our tracks. Would we continue as we did in our youth? As we transition from our teenage years to grown women, our paths take very different forks. It is both our shared childhood and unique experiences that define who we are. There have been both joy and desperation in our individual journeys. The spring in the South is an amazing time to visit or appreciate what is. It is the time and events in our separate lives that have culminated in our need for a reunion.
