Inspired by Marshall Rosenberg's teaching on non-violent communication, author Sita Paloma offers a deeply personal yet universal guide on how to connect with others consciously. She offers this mantra:
"I am loving to myself and all others, with understanding and sweetness, honesty, caring, protection and wishing well, always. I offer myself and others mercy when needed."
