Jim Mitchell has learned many of the lessons shared “In A More Excellent Way” from over 20 years of business and church leadership experience. Moreover, Jim’s life experiences as a church leader, CEO, collegiate athlete, business advisor, husband and father, have afforded him an abundance of practical wisdom and spiritual insight.Jim and his wife (Krista) are co-leaders of a Family Life Ministry, serving several hundred families in the Washington Metropolitan area. Jim is a dynamic public speaker and a respected leader in his church, business, and home. He is a committed father and the husband of one wife for 20 years. Jim and Krista are the blessed parents of two strong and rapidly growing boys: Jeremiah James (8 years) and Julius Bennett (6 Years).Jim attended the University of Washington as a student athlete and completed his college experience with a degree in Business Administration. Jim achieved many levels of success working for a leading Fortune 500 company, before starting the first of several successful business ventures. After serving as the CEO of an information technology company for eight years and learning many valuable (some painful) business lessons during the Dot Com era, Jim began mentoring other entrepreneurs and leaders. Over the years Jim has worked with hundreds of professionals, Christian business men and women.
