Zack was never one to involve himself with others. He always believed everyone worked for the purpose of their own benefit.
Yet, his whole world flipped upside down when he was sat down next to Yuko, a cheerful girl who made it her mission to befriend him and make him open up.
Zack finds himself slowly lowering his guard around her and even makes more friends thanks to her help. What had started as a reluctant friendship slowly evolves into something more. The only problem was with his own life. Already unable to grapple his new emotions, Zack manages to get himself into trouble the more he grows closer to Yuko.
He strives to have a happy life outside of his horrible home, but what happens when his problems finally catch up to him and endanger the ones he wanted to keep safe?
