Javier Garcia Cuesta dedicated his professional life to studying, developing, and coaching the sport of handball in his native Spain and around the world. He competed in the 1972 Olympic Games and the 1974 World Championship for Spain, before beginning a long and highly esteemed career growing and improving the game.
