This robot runs on salt water instead of batteries. Kids snap together the chassis, wheels, and motor, then mix up a saltwater solution to fuel the magnesium-air battery and watch the bot roll forward. The kit is part of the 4M Green Science range and focuses on alternative energy and eco-friendly power concepts through hands-on building and experimentation.
Powers a working motor using only salt water and a magnesium-air battery
Includes all parts needed to assemble the robot: chassis, wheels, motor, and battery components
Teaches how clean energy sources can drive technology through real, visible results
Combines construction skills with STEAM learning in science, engineering, and sustainability
