This Chef Collection Reversible Grill/Griddle provides excellent heat retention and distribution, and fits over two stovetop burners. With a design inspired by chefs, this grill/griddle has new lifted handles for an ergonomic grip and better control, no matter which side you're using. Each side also includes a drip tray to catch any grease, keeping your food lean and delicious. The large cooking surface is great for pancakes and eggs, grilled chicken, and steak. - Cast iron pan
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 550°F.
- To season after each use, clean pan and apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
- Handles can become very hot. Always use pot holders or gloves when handling.
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and season with vegetable oil.
- Store in dry location.
